A dining experience like no other.

The day begins before sunrise with coffee, snacks, rolls, and news available in both the Lodge and the RiverHouse’s Great Hall. Around 8:30 a.m. a Dakota farm style breakfast is served in the Lodge Dining Room – cakes, toast, eggs, cereals, local meats and sausages, biscuits, fruit, juices, milk, coffee, and more. A great start for another great day.

Lunch is served in the field; water and soft drinks are available throughout the day. As we return from the fields hors devours are set out to accompany the social hours.

Evening meals feature many local favorites such as, prime rib, pork loin, pan fried pheasant/chicken, and South Dakota raised beef. There is plenty available for even the heartiest of appetites, with side dishes served family style. You may wish to choose one of our wines to complement the meal.
